This Privacy Policy explains how Campus National Education Center (“Campus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use our platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Campus serves both individual users and organizations, including educational institutions, employers, NGOs, and other partners. Accordingly, the information we process may relate to students, learners, employees, job candidates, professionals, representatives of organizations, and other users of our Services.

  • Organization-related information: your role, department, institution, employer, or other information associated with an organization using Campus.

Information provided by organizations

If your access to Campus is provided or managed by an organization, that organization may provide us with information about you.

For example, an educational institution or employer may provide information necessary to create your account, manage your participation, evaluate progress, or provide relevant educational or professional opportunities.

The organization may also determine what information it provides to Campus and, depending on the applicable arrangement, what information it can access through the Services.

Information collected automatically

When you use Campus, we may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, such as:

  • IP address;
  • device and operating system information;
  • application and browser information;
  • dates and times of access;
  • usage and interaction information; and
  • technical logs and diagnostic information.

We use this information primarily to operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Services.

  • Providing the Services — creating accounts, authenticating users, and providing the features and functionality of Campus;
  • Educational and professional services — supporting learning, skills development, professional opportunities, recruitment-related activities, or other services provided through Campus;

3. Organizational and B2B Use

Campus provides services to organizations as well as individual users.

When an organization uses Campus, we may process personal information on behalf of that organization. This may include information relating to its students, employees, applicants, candidates, or other authorized users.

Depending on the specific service and contractual arrangement:

  • the organization may provide personal information to Campus;
  • Campus may process that information according to the organization's instructions;
  • authorized representatives of the organization may have access to certain information through the organization's Campus account;
  • the organization may determine certain purposes for which personal information is processed; and
  • the organization may be responsible for responding to certain requests concerning its users' personal information.

For example, an employer may use Campus to identify or manage potential candidates, while an educational institution may use Campus to manage students or educational activities.

The information an organization can access is determined by the applicable service, technical permissions, and contractual arrangement.

If you access Campus through an organization and have questions about how that organization uses your information, you may need to contact that organization directly.

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose personal information where necessary to provide the Services or where permitted or required by law, including to:

Organizations

Where you use Campus through a school, university, employer, NGO, or other organization, we may share relevant information with that organization in accordance with the applicable service arrangement and permissions.

Service providers

We may use third-party providers for services such as:

  • cloud hosting and storage;
  • authentication;
  • analytics;
  • communications;
  • technical infrastructure;
  • security;
  • customer support; and
  • other services necessary to operate Campus.

These providers may process personal information on our behalf and are required to handle it in accordance with applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Legal and regulatory authorities

We may disclose information where required by law, court order, legal process, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of Campus, our users, or others.

Business transactions

Where we process information relating to minors, we will do so in accordance with applicable law and the relevant contractual or institutional arrangements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, our data-processing practices, or applicable legal requirements.
